At Reward Laundry, your safety is important to us. In response to the Covid-19 situation, we have implemented strict measures to minimise the risk of infection to protect all parties.  

Please read the following information prior to our staff visit for laundry collection, and/or curtain dismantling and installation service at your premise:

Before confirmation of appointment, we will support you in understanding your order requirements via phone call, Whatsapp, or email.  We want to clarify all your questions (if any) prior to staff visit so that the contact time between our collection staff and your family could be minimized.

Upon confirmation of appointment, please inform us if you and your household members are unable to meet the following requirements:  

  • Are currently not under Quarantine Order or Stay-Home Notice;

  • In the past 14 days, have not had close contact with a confirmed Covid-19 case, or part of a Covid-19 cluster;

  • Did not travel to overseas countries in the past 14 days;

  • Do not have any fever or flu-like symptoms;

  • You and your household members have to wear masks at all times during our visit;

  • You and your household members have to install the TraceTogether App and keep it activated during our visit;

  • You will ensure that there are no other external parties around. (Examples: Other contractors, friends, relatives or visitors from other households); and

  • Remind each other to keep 1 meter apart during our visit.

*Collection staff will call you 15 minutes before arrival time. Please ensure that you and your family are wearing masks by the time of our visit.
