Laundry & Dry Cleaning

1. Below are terms and conditions applicable to all sales for Reward Laundry.
2. All articles must be claimed within 30days from date of receipt. We reserve the rights to donate the articles to charity after 30 days.
3. The company cannot be responsible for defects or damage to all article(s) caused by inherent weakness or defects in materials that are not visibly apparent prior to processing.
4. Stains will be removed upon customer’s request and will be done at customer’s own risk with additional charges.
5. The company will remove stains to the best of our abilities and experience. However, not all stains are removable. Reward Laundry will not refund the charges if the garment stain is not removed after treatment. Total removal of stains is not guaranteed.
6. The company cannot be responsible for any ornaments or special buttons must be removed by the customers before sending for cleaning. Responsibility is disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, belts, shoulder pads and sequins etc.
7. The company will not bear the responsibility for any laundry wash, shrinkage, colour fading, loss of any items left in the pockets or any part of the garments.
8. In the event of loss or damage to article for which we may accept liability, if any, will be based on the depreciated value of the article, not exceeding 5 times the service charges, and capped at the maximum of $100 per article for total loss cases.
9. Curtains/Cushion covers may shrink, fray, distorted or decolourize as a result of washing or dry cleaning due to inherent weakness of the fabric or wear/tear which is not visible prior to processing. This also includes Curtains with rubber backing that may peel after cleaning. Zippers and velcro tapes may also give way, subject to individual item’s quality. These defects and any damages that happen are beyond the Company’s control and responsibilities.
10. All articles must be inspected and customer’s dissatisfaction, if any, shall be made known at time of collection (Within 24 hours), Reward Laundry shall not be responsible for subsequent complaints.

Alteration Services

  1. Please take some time to review this Agreement. Use of our services constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  2. The Alteration Studio will begin to perform the Services only upon receiving full payment from the Customer for the Service(s). Service(s) provided are based on the measurements provided at the time of the Customer’s first fitting. Any changes in Customer’s measurements after the first fitting which cause additional or different Service(s) to be performed will be subjected to additional charges.

  3. All articles must be inspected and customer’s dissatisfaction, if any, shall be made known at time of collection (Within 5 working days), The Alteration Studio shall not be responsible for subsequent complaints.

  4. All claims must be made within 5 working days of receipt of the delivery date. If the garments should be damaged/lost while in the Alteration Studio’s custody, such liability shall based on the depreciated value of the article, not exceeding 5 times the alteration charges of the affected garment, and capped at a maximum of $100 per item. In the event of a customer complaint, the Customer undertakes to give Reward Laundry the opportunity to rectify all works.

  5. A tolerance of 2cm shall be applied to the pattern measurements that relate to the manual measurements.

  6. Cut out fabrics will be recycled unless customer specifically requests otherwise.

  7. All garments must be cleaned before alteration, we reserve the right to reject customer’s item.

  8. Item not collected after 30 days will be donated to charity.

  9. The Alteration Studio will not be responsible for any pre-existing condition that is not apparent upon visual inspection of the items.

  10. Payment of the price shall be made in full upon the date of the order.

  11. Use of the The Alteration Studio Services implies that all terms and conditions concerning orders, as outlined on the receipt and website have been accepted and agreed to.

Wedding Gown Dry Cleaning & Preservation Services

If the value of gown is declared during the order processes, the liability will capped at 10% of the depreciated value of the article for total loss cases.

Conditions Of Pick Up & Delivery

  1. At Reward Laundry we strive our best to pick up and deliver to our customer address on time, traffic conditions and accidents may delay delivery. In the case that this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible.
  2. No show/Late cancellation fees of $50 is applicable if notice is given 24 hours before job commencement.
  3. Minimum order of $50 ($100 Sentosa) is required for Free delivery services. For express services, minimum order for Free delivery is $100 ($200 Sentosa).
  4. We shall not take responsibility for failed or delayed delivery due to the following reasons:
    • No answer of contact person’s phone before we arrive.
    • Wrong address provided by customer.
    • Changes of delivery address in less than 24 hours of delivery time.
    • Haze PSI reading above 300.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund of articles is based on the formulation calculated as such .
    In the event of loss or damage to article for which we may accept liability, if any, will be based on the
    depreciated value of the article (as above), not exceeding 5 times the service charges, and capped at
    the maximum of $100 per article.

Procedure

  1. Customers are encouraged to check items immediately upon receipt. Otherwise, an $10 transport
    surcharge will be imposed for any request to pick up/return unsatisfactory or missing items within
    twenty-four (24) hours after the delivery is made. Claims made after twenty-four (24) hours will not
    be valid.
  2. All claims for articles must inform us within one 24 hours from the time of receipt, after which we
    shall not be liable for any loss or damage of articles. An acknowledgement will be sent within 3
    working days and any fees refunded within 30 working days, subject to this Refund Policy. The
    article, whether partially or completely damaged, will be retained by Reward Laundry Pte Ltd upon
    settlement of claim.
  3. List of documents required to be fulfilled with refund claims
    • Original copy of receipt
    • Physical article presented
    • Proof of value of article

General Promotion Policy

  1. Image is for illustrative purpose only.
  2. All prices are subject to service charge and government taxes.
  3. Not valid with other discounts, promotions, vouchers and privileges.
  4. Discounts are not applicable for sales items, load wash, dismantling & installation fees.
  5. Membership must be valid at the time of promotion.
  6. Members are required to make known of their membership status upon payment to enjoy
    member’s promotions.
